In conjunction with Master Glass 2012, Massachusetts based sculptor Stephen Knapp will install one of his well known Light Paintings in the Conduit Gallery Project Room. Entitled False Prophet, the light painting utilizes glass and refracted light to expand the concept of light sculpture and light art while continuing the traditions of kinetic art, op art and abstract painting.
Stephen Knapp has over thirty years experience creating installation art and exploring the possibilities of light.
